Artist Melyssa Connolly of Whimsie Doodles created "Whimsie" the turtle and a "stamp" of him is available for free on her website. She also shares a number of delightful cards people have made using "Whimsie".
There are lots of other stamps on this website that can be purchased and immediately downloaded. All are in a 300 dpi JPG file format (white background). The images are ready to be printed or imported into image-editing software (such as Photoshop or Paintshop) to be re-sized and colored.
